Most people considered all kinds of water are just water, they are all the same, all are tasteless. Instead, different types of water can give us totally different pros and cons.
Have you ever feel that sometimes drinking water has a smell or a taste? It is because it is different from each other. Today I will illustrate three types of drinking water so that we can understand why it has to have so many kinds. The two most popular types of drinking water are drinking water and spring water.
Drinking water or tap water is water that is intended for drinking. It is safe for human consumption and comes from a municipal source. There are no added ingredients besides what is considered usual and safe, such as fluoride. Advantage of drinking this kind of water is that since it contains the fluoride ingredients, the research shows that fluoride helps in child’s’ growing teeth and gums. However, there are also some of the disadvantages. First, one research shows that there is a total of 81,000 contaminants have been found in our water supply. The impurities сan cаusе а number оf other water borne diseases likе cholera, constipation, аnd dysentery. Therefore, to be sure whether water from the tap water in your house is drinkable, either test for contaminants first or seeks for the experts’ advice before consume.
Spring water comes from water that flows to the surface from a clean underground water source. Thus, the water is considered to be free of most contaminants typically found in drinking water. Advantages of drinking alkaline water or spring water will help to neutralize acidity in the body and can reduce the amount of free radical damage. It will also help to keep bones and teeth strong and dense. However, be careful some of the bottled water that we often consume, there is an evidence shows that up to 40 percent of all bottled water actually comes from tap water, regardless of what it says on the bottle label. This means it could contains lots of unwanted contaminants since it is may not treated or purified.
To conclude, there are a lot of researches and suggestions on how to have good health by concerning on the eating habits, but most of the people forgot that what they drink are also affect their health. Another of the wonderful benefits of drinking water is that it is also great mental wellness. Problems such as stress, insomnia and anxiety. Distilled water has proven to be the cleanest and healthiest water that you can find, however it must be stored in the correct container otherwise you get impurities leaching into it.
